It could be, if I put the front marker lights/turn signals back on and got it to pass an emissions test. I have no interest in driving it on the street though, so the beast is going to remain off-road only. I flat-towed it to the track, and it tows effortlessly. Which makes sense, it barely weighs more than my scooter :)
